Shipping and Returns only delivers within the continental united states. We do not ship to po boxes, apo/fpo, or freight forwarder addresses.

Standard ground shipping is complimentary for all orders. Expedited orders may incur additional fees and must be placed by 12:00 noon, Eastern Standard Time. Orders placed on Fridays after 12:00 noon or on weekends will be processed the following monday. For security reasons, all orders require signature upon delivery.

Returns are free and easy. You may return the item(s) in its original condition (must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging) within 30 days from the date your order was delivered. Sale merchandise must be returned within 10 days from date of delivery.

You will be provided with a pre-paid ups domestic or usps domestic label to return the purchase to us. (please note to use our pre-paid labels, shipments must be sent from the united states.)
Custom or made-to-order items, and fragrances are final sale only.

Refunds will be issued only for properly returned items. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, we will not be able to issue the refund and the package will be sent back to you.
 You may keep track of the return status through my return or with the ups tracking number you find on your copy of the pre-printed label.
